Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that schedules change. To avoid a fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your visit.

• Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows are charged 50% of the total service.
• Cancel or reschedule by phone or text at (212) 401-0061 during business hours.
• Email is not accepted for cancellations.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If we're able to accommodate you after that, a $20 late fee applies. Arrivals past 15 minutes may result in a canceled or adjusted visit.

Service Changes & Deposits

• Dropping a service upon arrival: a $20 fee applies for the reserved time.
• Changes must be made at least 2 hours before your visit.
• Aprés Gel-X & design services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your artist's time.
• Deposits may be transferred or refunded upon request by phone. Refunds are not automatic.

House Rules

To keep the studio calm and on schedule:

• No food or phone calls inside the studio
• No waiting guests or children
• No pets (emotional support animals are not considered service animals)
• No cash refunds or store credit. Please flag any adjustments before your service ends

Good to Know

• We welcome guests ages 8+. Children's services are priced the same as adult services.
• For guests under 14, cuticle cutting requires a parent or legal guardian's consent.
• Visits may run up to 20 minutes behind due to unforeseen delays.
• Listed prices reflect short nail-length styles unless otherwise noted.
• All online bookings are treated as requests. If your preferred time isn't available, we'll contact you to adjust it.
• Artist requests can be added in the booking notes, but are not guaranteed.

Email requests are not accepted for cancellations or rescheduling.
